We reserve the right to decline any application where, in our clinical judgement, treatment is not appropriate for the individual. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your treatment and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescription treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by our prescribing pharmacist. Our prescribers will review your consultation and medical history before approving any prescription.
We reserve the right to decline, withhold, or discontinue any prescription at any time if we consider it is not in your best clinical interest. A prescription decision is a clinical judgement and is not guaranteed upon submitting a consultation.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use in the UK only and are non-transferable. You must inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will only be charged once your order has been accepted. If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 working days. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medicines are packaged discreetly and in compliance with pharmaceutical cold chain requirements where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK pharmaceutical regulations, as medicines cannot be resold once dispensed.
If your order has not yet been processed, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
